This work is dedicated to my friend, who is currently battling stage four cancer. The inner strength that emerges not when things are well, but in the moments that seem impossible to pass through. About the ability to continue living, to keep moving, to seek support and preserve oneself even within difficult circumstances. I wanted to show the state of a person who, despite everything, continues to choose life, movement and resilience.

Transformation rarely happens gently. Most often it passes through the inner burning of an old form — a former identity, a familiar way of perceiving oneself and the world. Fire in this work became for me an image of the process through which a person can no longer remain the same. But it is precisely by passing through this inner burning that a person first begins to approach their true essence.

Series «Layers of Time». Life rarely moves in a straight line. It consists of ascents and descents, light and shadow, periods of stability and moments when the ground literally shifts from under your feet. For me, the natural relief in this work became a reflection of a person's inner journey. Each layer is like a lived stage of life, leaving a trace within us. Even the most difficult passages become part of the form our character acquires over time.
